- i didn’t have any time to blog in 2015
- it takes 50% more staff to run canteen now
- i need to take more days off in 2016
- if you find the right customers, quality is most important, not price
- building a great team is most important to the success of any business
- the better the ingredients you buy the more the customer likes the food
- a lot more cafe/restaurants will open before lots close (bubble)
- strangers become customers, customers become regulars, regulars become friends, and these become part of your life
- success is a journey not a finish line
